Frequently Asked Questions

Who is FitDudeFormulae for ?

FitDudeFormulae™ is for anyone who wants to transform their body on their own phase — whether you’re trying to lose fat, gain muscle, or rebuild your fitness lifestyle from scratch. The program is designed for beginners to intermediates who want clear, science-backed guidance without confusion.

Do I need a gym to follow this program ?

To be honest, it depends on your goal.
If your aim is to live a healthy, active life with a balanced body — home workouts are more than enough. You’ll build strength, endurance, and stay fit without needing a gym. But if you’re passionate about building a toned, shaped, and muscular physique, then a gym membership is highly recommended. The equipment, environment, and progression options will help you push beyond your limits and sculpt your dream body.

How is this different from other online fitness programs?

This isn’t overnight transformation or workout plan. FitDudeFormulae teaches you the science behind transformation — how to adjust your own workouts, diet, and recovery over time. You gain lifelong knowledge to become your own coach.

How soon will I see results ?

Results vary per person, but most people start noticing visible changes in 4- 6 weeks if they follow the plan consistently. Remember — transformation is about progress, not perfection.

What if I have a medical condition or past injury ?

If you have any chronic disease, injury, or medical condition, please consult your doctor or licensed nutritionist before starting the program. FitDudeFormulae provides education, not medical advice.

Do I get personal support or coaching from you ?

Yes! You’ll have access to future upgrade options for 1:1 coaching if you want more personalized help from me (with discount if you are already inside FDF course)

What if I don’t have time to train every day ?

That’s okay.. Even with 3–4 days a week of consistent effort, you’ll see meaningful progress — it’s about balance and sustainability, not perfection.
