Hey, I’m Shashikumar, a certified personal trainer & nutritionist, also CPR & AED Certified, a middle-class guy who turned his struggles into strength.

For me, fitness isn’t just about lifting weights — it’s about lifting yourself up when life tries to pull you down.

Back in Hyderabad, India (2022–2023), I was doing food deliveries just to cover my gym and diet expenses. Every late-night ride, every drop of sweat — it all came from one dream: to become the best version of myself, inside and out.

In April 2023, I came to Canada chasing a bigger life and new opportunities. Like most middle-class dreamers, I believed hard work alone would fix everything. By August 2024, I hit rock bottom. No job. More stress.

From September 2024 to January 2025, I fell into bad habits, lost focus, and, honestly, I broke down. But on April 7, 2025, everything changed. I took two days off, sat with a blank sheet of paper, and wrote my life roadmap — a vision of who I wanted to become. — for 8 months straight.

From that moment, I worked relentlessly — every single day, every single rep — for 8 months straight.

Now, I’ve built a lean physique with nearly 10% body fat, earned my certifications as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and achieved 20% of the goals from that roadmap I wrote when I was at my lowest.

This is more than a transformation — it’s a live documentation of growth, resilience, and self-belief.
